
I need a safe sleep aid. Which one is good?
I am having Insomnia, most likely due to stress and anxiety. I don’t like taking drugs like benzos or anything as it can cause serious side effects. What is a good safe way to get some sleep. I’ve tried warm milk and peanutbutter but it just doesn’t work too well. I’ve cut coffee out of my life, used to drink it every day, I take omega 3 fish oils with vitamin C and a multivitamin with water and food but nothing is letting me get any sleep.
I don’t want to take anything like Tylenol PM as it is a drug which can mess up the receptors of your brain according to articles.
Any ideas?? I have not slept in 3 days, except maybe for 5 hours total
Melatonin is a good natural sleep aid. Lavender oil and orange oil in a hot bath is also good. You can order it online. If you have a lot of nervous energy, try power walking before you go to bed.
